When opened, the Utterly Yours Pregnancy Pillow forms two triangles. Memory foam on one half conforms to the belly. The other half of the pillow is made of higher density foam to support the back while keeping the body positioned to one side comfortably. The fabric that connects the two sides stretches to accommodate women as their bodies grow throughout their pregnancy.

*For the measurement, measure all the way around the largest part of your pregnant belly, usually from your lower back to your navel.

• Unbutton and open block into two triangles.
• Line outside edge of solid fabric triangle with edge of mattress, then pull patterned fabric triangle towards center of bed.
• Lay on fabric that connects the two triangles. Stomach touches the inside of the solid fabric triangle while patterned fabric triangle supports the lower back.
• Back should be touching the patterned fabric triangle, so pull belly support towards you if necessary.
