Incorrect Shipments
If a wrong/ incorrect item is shipped out by us, items may be exchanged at no extra cost. In this case, all shipping costs to rectify the situation will be paid by us.
Undeliverable Addresses
We ship to the address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us because the shipping carrier deemed the address to be undeliverable, the amount to be refunded to the customer will be the item price. The shipping cost is not refundable. Please check your address at the USPS website to be sure that it's deliverable before placing an order. When placing your order, take the time to double-check that you’ve entered your billing, shipping, and email addresses correctly.
Refused Shipments
If a package arrives at its destination but the recipient refuses the package or it is unclaimed at the post office or UPS, and it is returned to us, the amount refunded will be the total less all applicable shipping charges. Note: We recommend that you NOT refuse a package when returning a package to us. In our experience, the post office may not actively scan the package on the return journey, which may delay or jeopardize your ability to receive a refund.
Warranty Issues
If an item is defective or not working, most items come with a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty issues. We are unable to submit a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf since they are required to track product quality issues with customers. If the manufacturer has not resolved the issue within 7-10 days from the day you contact the manufacturer, please contact us at (248) 387-9880. We will reach out through our contacts to help resolve the matter.
Terms & Conditions for Returns
- Returns are accepted ONLY from Domestic customers - including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO.
- Returns are NOT accepted from international customers - all sales are final.
- Due to personal hygiene, returns or exchanges are not available for any opened breastfeeding product. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
- Sealed items must be in new condition and in unopened packaging with the original manufacturer's seal.
- Apparel, items with fabric, and baby carrier items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition with the tags still attached.
- Please note that new condition for all items includes the full retail packaging, as well as the item.
a) Returning an Item:
- The seller must be notified of your wish to return an item within 30 days of receipt. After that, return requests will not be accepted.
- Returned items need to be shipped by a traceable method that provides evidence of shipping, i.e., USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS/FedEx Ground.
- The customer will pay all shipping costs. We recommend that you NOT refuse a package when returning a package to us. In our experience, the post office may not actively scan the package on the return journey, which may delay or jeopardize your ability to receive a refund.
- Refunds are equal to the amount paid for the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
b) Prior to shipping back any item, the customer must Contact Us to obtain approval (along with Terms & Conditions) from us along with an authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA #) and shipping instructions. Items shipped back without RMA do not qualify for refund or exchange.
c) Please provide the following information when contacting us:
- Buyer Name & e-mail address
- Date of Purchase
- Item Code
- Quantity to be returned
- Description of the reason for exchange or return
We will respond by email within one business day.
d) Refunds will be provided upon receipt of the item in new, manufacturer sealed, unused, unwashed condition with the tags still attached within two business days.
