Rental Details

1) The Medela Symphony PLUS Hospital Grade Breast Pump is available for a monthly rental of $70.00 plus tax. Or save $15.00 by pre-paying for three (3) months.

2) At pick-up or shipment to a Michigan address only, a deposit of $100 is due, which is refundable with the return of the pump. Please add the deposit to your order here: Deposit.

3) Pump Parts: If you don't already have the pump parts, you will need to purchase those separately. If you need assistance with flange sizing, please call us at (2489) 387-9880.

4) Paperwork: If you're picking up the pump, you can complete the paperwork in person. If you're having it shipped, we'll initiate an email to you from DocuSign for you to complete. It will ask you to upload front and back images of your driver's license, a little bit of data input, and a few signatures.
