The Haakaa Silicone Breast Pump 4 oz. is an easy to use pump that is great for relieving engorgement or collecting your milk from the non-nursing breast, hands-free. No more wasting that liquid gold!

• The measurement markings of the 4 oz. (100 ml) pump are approximate. If you'd like a Haakaa pump with more exact measurement markings, please choose the 5 oz. pump.
• This version of the pump does NOT come with a base to stabilize the pump while standing on a surface. Please purchase a lid or stopper to avoid spills, available separately.

1. Sterilize your pump

2. Place top of pump over your nipple, making sure your nipple is in the neck of the pump and comfortable. It is not recommended to use any type of nipple cream as it can interfere with the suction.

3. Apply suction - you may need to adjust a couple of times. Once the pump is secure and comfortable you can squeeze the base of the pump (not interfering with the top/suction) to create some movement.

4. A warm cloth on top of your breast is also a great tip and gently massage the top of your breast.

5. Once milk begins to flow simply leave the pump alone to do its thing.

6. Once the pump becomes full, empty into a glass storage bottle and reposition.

7. If the pump is full or you wish to stop pumping, set the pump in a secure place, or place a cap or topper in the opening to prevent spills.

• Can be sterilized with any steam sterilizing system or boiling water
• Clean after each use. Do not use bleach based detergent
