The Medela Pump In Style Breast Pump with MaxFlow is a daily use pump and an awesome addition to the Medela pump family! The pump is a closed system, the motor is quiet, and it has built-in vibration technology to more effectively express milk. Like all Medela pumps, it uses 2-Phase Expression pumping for maximum milk flow.

First researched and developed for hospital breast pumps, 2- Phase Expression is an advanced pumping pattern that mimics a baby's nursing rhythm by pumping in two distinct modes:

• Let-down mode: Simulates your baby's initial rapid suckling to initiate faster milk flow.
• Expression mode: Simulates your baby's slower, deeper suckling for maximum milk flow in less time.

This pump is ONLY compatible with PersonalFit Flexâ„¢ Connectors. DO NOT use PersonalFitâ„¢ Connectors, as use of other connectors can cause irreversible damage to your breast pump.
